| The process for a man to join a Masonic Lodge must start with him expressing a wish to become a
member. This must be based on his own choice and be free of any coercion.
An applicant is required to complete an application form and supply the names of two active Freemasons as
nominators (provisions are made for applicants who do not know two Masons to act as nominators).  The Lodge secretary  attends to the application
                                and keeps the  applicant informed.

On acceptance a candidate is required to take an active part in Lodge ceremonies in  which he is
obligated to and taught the precepts of Freemasonry.
