The Lodge Reaches 150-year Milestone

The Lodge was granted its Charter from The Grand Lodge of Antient Free and Accepted Masons of Scotland  on the 5th May 1876 which allowed us to form a Masonic Lodge in Falkirk and initiate gentlemen into the Craft and this year we celebrated 150 years of doing so.

On Saturday 9th May 2026 The Grand Lodge of Scotland attended the Lodge and re-dedicated the Lodge in an age-old Ceremony which was conducted in an excellent manner by a deputation from The Grand Lodge of Scotland led by the Depute Grand Master Mason Brother Alistair Henderson. Also present was the Provincial Grand Master Brother Stuart Stirling and a deputation for the Provincial Grand Lodge of Stirlingshire. The re-dedication ceremony and the celebratory dinner which followed, were attended by over 100 Brethren from lodges from all over Scotland. The Master Brother Alan M. Buchanan thanked The Grand Lodge of Scotland for their attendance and all the brethren present for giving up their time to attend and support the Lodge on the occasion of their 150th anniversary.
