Stated meetings are conducted four times yearly, in the months which there are five Wednesdays. Meetings shall be the last Wednesday of the month at 7:30 p.m.  Please remember Formal Attire & AMD Aprons are required.

Special Meetings may be called by the Sovereign Master through e-mail notification with sufficient time allowance. The location shall rotate, and be announced at the previous meeting, including any dinner plans. 

Members are strongly encouraged to maintain perfect attendance within the council, their respective home lodge and associated York Rite bodies.
