Millennium Council AMD requires that all members rotate through the progressive officer positions and will eventually serve as the Sovereign Master of the Council. Officer elections are conducted once per year at the annual meeting of the council. Election as the Sovereign Master of the Council includes the presentation of the Sovereign Master's AMD Apron.
