Welcome to the Region 15B Page!
As a result of changes that have occurred in the membership in Pennsylvania, what was formerly known as District 27 has now become Region 15B. Signet Chapter will now be part of Region 15B. This change will take some adjustment for all of us but it is our hope that these changes will be the beginning of a new era for Eastern Star in Pennsylvania and that this re-alignment will bring a new vitality to the Order.

Corinthian No. 13 ::: Signet No. 129 ::: Community No. 428
Region 15B is comprised of three chapters. Two of these chapters meet in the Northeast section of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The other chapter meets at the Masonic Lodge in the Roxborough section of Philadelphia.
Our Deputy Grand Matron for 2009-2010, Sister Judy Goebig, hails from Signet Chapter No. 129 and we are proud to count her as one of our members.
