A word from the Unity Lodge Website Administrator

I am sad to report that our former website was lost as a result of a server crash from our host site at MasterMason.com at the beginning of the year. Unfortunately, none of the previous website was recoverable, so I have been trying to recreate and revamp as much of the content as possible, as well as providing up-to-date information about current Lodge activities.

All of this has been exceedingly slow work, and for the large amount of time that has passed without the use of our website, I sincerely apologize and hope to recover and redo as much as I can as soon as I can.

Much of what we are doing is in a "work in progress" stage, so please bare with us as we take on the challenge of rebuilding.

As with all things, we try and look at the bright side as much as possible and I have to say that I am excited at the opportunity to try new approaches to our website design and functionality.

It is my profound wish that this site becomes the useful tool and resource to Freemasonry in our town of Jefferson, as well as Freemasonry in Georgia on the whole that I originally envisioned it to be. I hope this project will continue on by providing web-based access to all visitors and brethren to real and reliable information about Freemasonry, not only in the State of Georgia and how we as Georgians perceive it, but to all who come seeking the meaning of Freemasonry from anywhere on the world wide web.

And for the many, many fine Georgia Freemasons that comprise our great and enduring fraternity, a sense of humble pride and appreciation for the fraternity we hold so dear and love so unconditionally.
