7) Communications Committee Coordinate - Radio and/or cellular communication network for area(s) utilized
8) Furnishings Committee Coordinate - Chairs, tables, tent(s) or coverings (Stage, Podium) etc. (from set-up to clean up)
9) Public Relations Committee Coordinate - Media - News Television - CNN - Between lodge(s) and concordant bodies - Mayor’s office etc.
10) Transportation Committee Coordinate - Investigate and secure when necessary i.e. transportation - buses, taxi(s) rental cars etc.
11) Housing Committee Coordinate - Investigate and secure when necessary i.e. rooms for guest(s), Award winning students from the outer island(s) (If and when applicable)
12) Sets and Props Committee Coordinate - Stage, Podium, Paul Revere’s Lantern, Several boxes of tea marked “East India Tea Company”, Table, Quill pen(s) and an ink well, Parchment(s) Historic Documents, Old Glory, Large Needle and Thread, Candle(s) and or Lantern, Pewter Stein, Horse, Hangman's noose(s), Drum and Fife core, Spyglass etc.
13) Insurance Committee Coordinate - Investigate and secure when necessary i.e. Liqueur and event area(s)
14) Permit Committee Coordinate - Investigate and secure when necessary i.e. Liqueur, Food, Public Speaking, Parade etc.
15) Event and Site Committee Coordinate - Investigate and secure when necessary i.e. all areas to be utilized for the event. Aloha Tower Market Place, Falls of Clyde, Maritime Center and the vicinity surrounding the immediate area(s) etc.
16) Lighting and Audio
Committee Coordinate - Light(s) and microphone placement - P.A. system(s) -
