passed away Thursday, May 29, 2008 at his
home.
He is a native of Henry County, KY, a
retired truck driver, past master of Pilgrim
Lodge, past master of Mt. Zion Lodge, member
of Robinson Lodge, past monarch of Aahmed
Grotto, past president of Mini-Cars, past
president of St. John Day League, past
president of Masonic Board of Relief, member
of Past Master Society of Central KY, Kosair
Past Masters Unit, a member of Derby City
Hillbilly Clan #3, a member of Yorktown
Baptist Church and an Air Force veteran.
He
is survived by his wife of 39 years,
Virginia Rose Wentworth; daughters, Pamela Edlin (Alton), Cheryl Blair (Lyn), Tammy
Husband (John) and Rebecca Greenfield; a
sister, Hazel Brill; a sister-in-law, Jessie
Wheeler; nine grandchildren; 14
great-grandchildren; and special nephews,
Elwood Jr. and Shawn Wentworth and Greg
Goodman.
The funeral is 11 a.m. Monday at J.
E. Ratterman & Son, 7336 Southside Drive,
with burial in Resthaven Memorial park.
Visitation is 2-8 p.m. Sunday at Ratterman's.
A Masonic Service is planned for 7 p.m.
Sunday.
