PARRIGAN, WILLIE, 88, passed away September
4, 2010 at Sts. Mary and Elizabeth Hospital.
Mr. Parrigan was a U.S. Navy veteran and
served in World War II. He retired from Ford
Motors with 30 years of service. He was the
Past Master Excelsior, Masonic Lodge, a
current member of Robinson Masonic Lodge,
Scottish Rite, life-time member of the VFW
Post 5421 and a Kentucky Colonel.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Olive
Browning-Parrigan; and son, Willie Parrigan
Jr. (Pat).
He is survived by two daughters, Gayle Allen
and Joan Brennan (Louie); brothers, Walter
Parrigan (Frankie) and Alfred Parrigan; four
grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren;
and special friend, Betty Shirley.
A funeral service celebrating Mr. Parrigan's
life will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday at
Louisville Memorial Gardens Funeral Home,
4400 Dixie Highway. Visitation for family
and friends is 1-8 p.m. Tuesday and
Wednesday from 9-11 a.m. prior to services.
