HILD, KENNETH, 88, of Daytona Beach, FL,
passed away June 26, 2012.
He was born in Louisville on December 4,
1923. He is the son of the late Richard and
Freida Hild.
Preceded in death by his brother, Richard;
and sisters, Mildred, Laverne and Jenny.
Survived by wife, Vonda Roy Hild; son,
Kenneth Jr. (Sharon); grandsons, Kenneth III
(Haley) and Joshua; along with several
nieces, nephews and friends.
Kenneth retired from Old Fitzgerald
Distillery in 1985. He was a World War II
veteran of the Asian Campaign, a member of
First Baptist Church of Daytona Beach, and a
member of Robinson Lodge, as a free and
accepted Mason.
A memorial service will be held at the
Halifax Hospice Chapel at 2 p.m. on July 8,
2012 with Dr. Al Wallace officiating.
Interment will be at the National Cemetery
in Jacksonville, FL on July 9, 2012 at 12:30
p.m.
In lieu of flowers the family requests all
memorial donations be made to Halifax Health
Hospice 3800 Woodbriar Tr., Port Orange, FL
32129.
