KENNETH A. CARTER, 61, of Okolona, passed
away Saturday, October 27, 2007 at his home.
He was a retired control man for the General
Electric Company, a past master of the
Robinson Lodge # 266, past president of the
Builders Club and the Square Club and a
trustee at the Robinson Lodge, president of
Kosair Shriners and past Masters Unit, Mason
of the Year for 2005, Robinson Lodge, Past
Monarch of the AAhmed Grotto,
Shepherdsville, KY, member of the Scottish
Rite and Kosair Shrine, Past Raban
Hillbillys Clan #3 and past scout master of
the first handicap troop in KY.
He is
survived by two sons, Todd Carter (Rhonda)
and Timothy Carter, sisters, Evon Lobb
(Ewan) and Sue Caffee (Junior); brother,
Charles Carter (Oletia); three
grandchildren, Chris, Nick and Katelyn
Carter; and a special friend and companion,
Flo Coy.
His funeral services will be 10
a.m. Wednesday at Arch L. Heady & Son,
Okolona, with burial in the Liletown
Cemetery, Greensburg, KY. Visitation will be
from 2-8 p.m. Tuesday. Expressions of
sympathy can be made to the Kosair Burn
Center in Lexington, KY or to the Liletown
Cemetery.
