This newsletter is one of four exciting changes being introduced by the lodge this year. It is hoped that with your feedback it will become something of value to our group. Please write, email, or show up a a regular meeting and let us know what you would like to see.
Earlier this year our Worshipful Master Kenneth Sims created a lecture committee and at almost every regular meeting since then a lecture has been given on something masonic. The lecture committee has had fun putting these together and welcomes your input on future lectures. It is hoped that the members will find these lectures both fun and enlightening.
The lodge has also begun a website. You can contact the officers with email, link to several interesting masonic sites including grand lodge, review previous lectures, and view a calendar of upcoming events. Please sign the guest book when you show up ! Any suggestions for improving the content of the site or other internet services you might like to see are welcomed. The web address is;

Finally, we are starting to get new members again. After almost 10 years without any “new blood”, last year saw the raising of two new members and another is about to be voted on ! It is my personal wish that the lodge commit to seeing that at least two new members each year complete their degrees. You can find new member applications occasionally in grand lodge's newsletter, or you can get an electronic copy suitable for printing out at the club's website.
Our next scheduled meeting is Thursday September 5th at 7:30 pm. We have been discussing improving our lodge and your ideas and help would be greatly appreciated. Regular meetings are scheduled for the first and third Thursdays of each month except July and August. We hope to see you there soon!
