First and foremost I would like to
personally thank you for your interest in the East Tennessee Masonic Message board.
It is individuals like you that will ensure that Masonry continues to thrive and grow in
East Tennessee and throughout the world. Below I have developed a detailed set
of instructions for signing up for membership. If you have any questions or problems
please feel free to contact me at the address listed on the group page.

Step 1: In
order to receive the full use of the E.T. Masons message board you will need a Yahoo! I.D.
If you do not have one follow these simple instructions to create a Yahoo! I.D.
If you already have a Yahoo! I.D. scroll down the page until you reach Step 2.
Go to WWW.yahoo.com

Click on the  link that is located on the top righthand side of the page. (See
example below)

| On the next page that opens look for
the "new user sign up" link. Click on the words "Sign Up"
|
| On this page you will need to fill
in all the required information. Follow the directions on the example below.

| Go to the bottom left side of this
page and remove the check mark from the box. Next click on "Continue to My
Yahoo!". |

| You have now created a Yahoo! I.D.
and are ready to continue with the registration process into E.T.Masons. Be sure to
write down the information for the I.D. that you entered. (I.D. name, Password)
Continue on to Step 2 below. |
| Step 2: Open the
email invitation that you received. The email should look something like the one
below.
Click on the "Join this group" button
located at the bottom right of the email message.

| Step 3: You will be redirected to page 2.
Look over all the information on this page to ensure
that it is correct.
Next click on "Join this group".

| Step 4: Next you will be taken to the Yahoo! Sign In page. If
you already have a Yahoo! I.D. type your information in the area provided. If you do
not have a Yahoo! I.D. you will need to create one. To do this click on the
"Sign Up" link.

Step 5:
The next and last page includes all
your personal information for the message board. Look each area over carefully and
make the desired selections. When you reach the bottom of the page you will
find a "WORD VERIFICATION" area. You will need to type the letters that
are located in the box inside the area provided just to the right. The letters may
be difficult to see. Yahoo! has added this section to prevent spammers from using
computer programs from automatically signing onto the message board. Once you have
type the letters inside the box click on the "Join" link which is located just
to the right.
NOTE: If you would like the
ETMasons emails sent to your regular email address be sure to make this selection in the
"Email Address" section of the form below. If you regular email address
isn't shown here click on the (Add new email address) link.

| Step 6: Next you will be taken to the Masonic Message Board home
page. Be sure to bookmark this page for easy reference later. If you have any

NOTICE: I am asking each individual to
send me an email with the following information: Member I.D., email address, first
and last name, lodge name and number and location. I have created a database with
each members information. This information is only available to group members.
