Civilization begins again after the Flood.

History records that the city of Nineveh was founded by Nimrud in Babylonia or Assyria and is mentioned in Genesis and in Zephaniah 2:13. This says God will destroy it. Why?... Nineveh was the cult city of a goddess named Ishtar. Ishtar also known as Ninurta and Sud, was the daughter of Anu, and the sister of Enki, Anu's first born son.. She was particularly worshiped at Nineveh and Arbela (Erbil).

In the Bible, Nineveh is first mentioned in Genesis 10:11: "Ashur left that land, and built Nineveh." Though the Books of Kings and Books of Chronicles talk a great deal about the Assyrian empire, Nineveh itself is not again noticed till the days of Jonah, when it is described (Jonah 3:3ff; 4:11) as an "exceeding great city of three days' journey", i.e., probably in circuit.

Nineveh was the flourishing capital of the Assyrian empire (2 Kings 19:36; Isa. 37:37). The book of the prophet Nahum is almost exclusively taken up with prophetic denunciations against this city. Its ruin and utter desolation are foretold (Nahum 1:14; 3:19, etc.). Its end was strange, sudden, tragic. ( Nahum 2:6–11) According to the Bible, it was God's doing, his judgement on Assyria's pride (Jonah Nah). The truth is that Nineveh was a learning center and under the rule of Marduk, son of Ea (ENKI), God of wisdom, writing and learning.

Thousands of clay tablets were discovered in 1847 when the young British adventurer Sir Austen Henry Layard explored the ruins. He also unearthed the palace and famous library of Ashurbanipal with 22,000 inscribed clay tablets. The study of the archaeology of Nineveh reveals the wealth and glory of ancient Assyria under kings such as Esarhaddon (681-669 B.C.) and Ashurbanipal (669-626 B.C.).

Nineveh fell in 612 BC, and was razed to the ground. The people in the city who could not escape to the last Assyrian strongholds in the west, were either massacred or deported. Many unburied skeletons were found by the archaeologists at the site. The Assyrian empire then came to an end, the Medes and Babylonians dividing its provinces between them.

Then we see the Hebrews and 'The One God' in Exodus rejecting the Egyptian Gods and calling them evil. This God even promised to destroy the Egyptians. "Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD of hosts, O my people that dwellest in Zion, be not afraid of the Assyrian: he shall smite thee with a rod, and shall lift up his staff against thee, after the manner of Egypt." Isaiah 10:24. Was he refering to Moses? Exodus 7:5-17, "And the Egyptians shall know that I am the LORD." If this god is against Moses who is considered to be a real Egyptian and was given God's laws, this would explain the real possibility that there is another god who is helping Egypt and Moses. This presents a very contridictory senario. How else would we explain why one god could be so cruel and unjust but to recognize that there is a usurper god called Enlil?

Also see Deuteronomy 31:16 where God says to Moses, "You are going to rest with your fathers, and these people will soon prostitute themselves to the foreign gods of the land they are entering." "They will forsake me and break the covenant I made with them." The Lord threatened the Israelites with punishment. The god of Deuteronomy is also refered to as the 'Creator'. He wants the people to fear him, but biblical theorists interrupt this as 'respect' and tell you this god loves you.

Have you ever really loved someone that you fear? Isn't fear associated with 'control'? He accuses Moses of 'breaking his faith' so he cannot enter the land promised to Jacob (Israel) and his sons.

Joshua 5:6; All the men of military age were put to death when they left Egypt. These men had been accused of not obeying the 'Lord'.

The book, called the Bible, is filled with passages equally horrible, unjust and atrocious. This is the book to be read in schools in order to make our children loving, kind and gentle? How do we explain this? This is the book they wish to be recognized in our Constitution as the source of all authority and justice! -- Robert Green Ingersoll, The Gods, (1872). The truth: 'One' God will cause us to believe lies so that he can damn our souls to hell. Thessalonians 2:11-12 - 2.
The Romans: Acts: 3:23. Peter claims that Dt.18:18-19 refers to Jesus, saying that those who refuse to follow him (all non-Christians) must be killed. This refers to not 'him' but the religious sect that made all the rules. Another sect, ie. Islam also is dedicated to killing people who don't agree with them including their own if they miss the call to worship.
These sects continue the belief in One God, but what if this God is nothing more that an evil, cruel judge of mankind - Not the God of Enoch...Not the God of Noah..Not the God of Moses... Not the God of Jesus!

In Luke 12:5; Jesus says that we should fear God since he has the power to kill us and then torture us forever in hell. He was talking about the God of Genesis and Exodus, ect. So how do we explain Moses' actions? The mission of Moses was to convert the followers of Enlil established through Shem/Abraham/Jacob.

The God on the mountain represented a loving, kind, forgiving God - so when the Aaron built the golden calf which represented Ham/Nimrod/Marduk and the God Horus. The 'material god' Enlil/Yehwah wanted all of them killed. It looks like Moses obeyed.

But When Moses arrived at the 'promised land' Enlil wouldn't let him continue and accused him of sining. We don't think he minded much - he knew who His God was! This means the Jewish account portrayed in Exodus isn't quite the real story. On the 3rd page of our Introduction series we connect Moses again with his Egyptian step-brothers.

Jesus says that God is like a slave-owner who beats his slaves "with many stripes." Luke 12:46-47. In Luke: 17:29-32 Jesus also believes the story about Noah's flood and Sodom's destruction. He says, "even thus shall it be in the day the son of man is revealed ... Remember Lot's wife." This tells us about Jesus' knowledge of science and history, and his sense of justice. Lot's wife was killed by a nuclear bomb. The 'vapor' not salt, burned her alive.

No one can read religious literature without being struck by the abject terror that the notion of sin has aroused in human consciousness. Religious sin is not something that mortal man can avoid. It is a terrible poison which infects the air we breathe and every fiber of our flesh and blood. For our very existence in the flesh is sinful. How can we avoid this body of death and corruption? This is the terrible cry which rings through the ages in the penitential prayers of the Assyro-Babylonians, Buddhists, Hebrews, medieval monks, and Calvinistic preachers.
Quid sum miser tunc dicturus,

Cum vix iustus sit securus?

Religion has encouraged men to dwell on the torments of Hell and to inflict on themselves diverse spiritual agonies (see The Spiritual Exercises of Saint Ignatius Loyola).

Religion breeds terrors of all sorts. Who, for instance, would worry about the appearance of Halley's Comet if pious readers of the Bible did not conclude that this was a warning from heaven and a portent of evil to come? Yet Europe suffered the most agonizing terror, the veriest paroxysm of fear, because of it. This fear strengthened ecclesiastical tyranny and hatred against unbelievers when the pope himself exorcised that distressing sign in the sky.

Consider the terrors which the religious belief in demons and their control of earthly affairs has aroused in the daily lives of simple-minded men and women. We think it cruel to frighten children by threats of the "bogey man"; yet religion has systematically frightened most of mankind through the doctrine of demons, who have the power to make us sin when we do not know it and to torture us at their evil pleasure. What greater terror can there be than the fear of having witchcraft or even a powerful prayer or curse directed against you by some unsuspected enemy? Perhaps the fear of not believing in miracles which seem to us impossible and thus being guilty of mortal heresy is not now widespread. But it is of the essence of religious thought even today that, unless you can get yourself to believe certain inherently improbable propositions, you must abandon all hope. And how can anyone be free from all doubts when opposed views are actively expressed by some of our most respected fellow men? see The Dark side of Religion

In the parable of the talents, Jesus says that God takes what is not rightly his, and reaps what he didn't sow. The parable ends with the words: "bring them [those who preferred not to be ruled by him] hither, and slay them before me." Luke 19:22-27. Now this makes no sence at all, except that the God of Genesis and Exodus and over 800 other places in the bible is not the God of Jesus.

The site referenced above (crime) is from an atheists point of view. It is understandable then why there are atheists. These events that prompt such a responce are sometimes labelled "Bible atrocities and absurdities" by critics of Christianity (fundamentalist Christianity in particular), and presented as examples of ridiculousness, inconsistency and hypocrisy in those who subscribe to a literal interpretation of Scripture. One website summarises the argument: "Myth: The Bible is morally pure and free from atrocity. Fact: The Bible is filled with countless acts of barbarism and tyranny, not to mention rape, incest, murder, and lies that are told by numberous so-called 'saintly' characters. The argument dates back at least as far as 1795, voiced by Thomas Paine in The Age Of Reason.

"Bible difficulties" is an alternative term used by believers and apologists to describe these passages, although the phrase also covers alleged or apparent contradictions in the Bible. But there is an explaination. There are TWO Gods!

Jesus said, Matthew 13:35, "I will utter things which have been kept secret from the foundation of the world."

In the Torah at Genesis 17:1; Vayehi Avram ben-tish'im shanah vetesha shanim vayera HASHEM el-Avram vayomer elav ani Kel-Shakai hithalech lefanai veheyeh tamim.Translation, When Avram (Abraham) was ninety-nine years old, Hashem appeared to Avram and said to him: "I am Almighty Shakai, walk before Me and be perfect. The bible says, "The Lord appeared before him and said, "walk with me an be blameless." Blameless? The verses go on to describe 'slaves' bought by him. 17:12.

In Kabbalah, the Name Shakai (lit. "the Almighty") is generally associated with the sefirot of yesod, the "foundation" of all existence....ie, the creator. Our sages interpret the Name Shakai as follows: "By which He said to His world: Enough." Thus the Name Shakai represents God's power to limit Creation's "natural" tendency to expand endlessly. The name "Sacla' appears in the Nag Hammidi scrolls and it refers to a God of 'death'. "And they will go to Sacla, "THEIR God."

The Temples of the Gods

The Mesopotamian ziggurats were not places for public worship or ceremonies. They were believed to be dwelling places for the gods. Through the ziggurat the gods could be close to mankind and each city had its own patron god. Only priests were permitted on the ziggurat or in the rooms at its base and it was their responsibility to care for the gods and attend to their needs. The priests were very powerful members of Sumerian society.

Etemenanki, the name for the structure, is Sumerian and means "The Foundation of Heaven and Earth." Most likely being built by Hammurabi, the ziggurat's core was found to have contained the remains of earlier ziggurats and structures. The final stage consisted of a 15-metre hardened brick encasement constructed by King Nebuchadnezzar. The Biblical account of the Tower of Babel may be based on Mesopotamian ziggurats, or Etemenanki in particular.

Dur-Untash, or Choqa Zanbil, built in 13th century BC by Untash Napirisha and located near Susa, Iran is one of the world's best-preserved ziggurats. An example of an extensive and massive ziggurat is the Marduk ziggurat, or Etemenanki, of ancient Babylon. Unfortunately, not much of even the base is left of this massive structure, yet archeological findings and historical accounts put this tower at seven multicolored tiers, topped with a temple of exquisite proportions. The temple is thought to have been painted and maintained an indigo color, matching the tops of the tiers. It is known that there were three staircases leading to the temple, two of which (side flanked) were thought to have only ascended half the ziggurat's height.

The Sumerians had a written language. It is from the writings at Ur that much of the information about their culture comes. There were extensive libraries at Ur on the subjects of Astronomy, Mathematics, Dictionaries, Grammar, Encyclopedias, Geography, Religion and Politics. These libraries existed in every major city.

Hammurabi (1792 BC – 1750 BC), was the sixth king of Babylon. Hammurabi is known for the set of laws called Hammurabi's Code, one of the first written codes of law in recorded history.

A carving at the top of the stele portrays Hammurabi receiving the laws from the god Shamash, and the preface states that Hammurabi was chosen by the gods of his people to bring the laws to them. The attribute most commonly associated with Shamash is justice. Just as the sun disperses darkness, so Shamash brings wrong and injustice to light. Hammurabi attributes to Shamash the inspiration that led him to gather the existing laws and legal procedures into a code, and in the design accompanying the code the king represents himself in an attitude of adoration before Shamash as the embodiment of the idea of justice. Several centuries before Hammurabi, Ur-Engur of the Ur dynasty (c. 2600 BC) declared that he rendered decisions "according to the just laws of Shamash."

Parallels to this divine inspiration for laws can be seen in the laws given to Moses for the ancient Hebrews. Similar codes of law were created in several nearby civilizations, including the earlier neo-Sumerian example of Ur-Nammu's code, and the later Hittite code of laws.

A much older civilization existed in Urukagina, from about the 24th century BC. Uruk (Ur) probably had 50,000–80,000 residents living in 6 square kilometres of walled area, the largest city in the world at its time. Uruk represents one of the world's first cities, with a dense population. (Ur)uk also saw the rise of the state in Mesopotamia with a full-time bureaucracy, military, and stratified society.
Urukagina's (URUK) code is perhaps the first known example of government self-reform. Like the Magna Carta and the United States Constitution that followed (and like the Codes of Hammurabi, et al. to some degree), Urukagina's code limited the power of politicians. He governed government. The text describing Urukagina's reforms is also the first known use of the word freedom, in this case the Sumerian ama-gi.

According to the Sumerian king list, Uruk was founded by Enmerkar, who brought the official kingship with him. Based on a summary of the Gilgamesh Epic (available online ), the contents of the eleven clay tablets are: Introducing Gilgamesh of Uruk, the greatest king on earth, two-thirds god and one-third human, the strongest super-human who ever existed. But his people complain that he is too harsh, so the sky-god Anu creates the wild-man Enkidu.
"Gilgamec, whose father was a phantom (?), the lord of Kulaba, ruled for 126 years. " He built a temple to Ninlil in Nippur, and possibly the walls of Uruk. Enmerkar is a rival to Enkidu and the epic claims Enmerkar was killed. The Gilgamesh Epic calls him Huwawa; the Bible calls Him YHVH. The epic is a folktale based on the beliefs of the time.

Enmerkar is the grandson of Enlil, a god of storms and wind. One tablet calls him, "Enmerkar, the son of Utu." In Sumerian mythology, Utu is the son of the moon god Nanna and the goddess Ninlil who is Enlil's consort. Ninlil may also be the origin of the demon Lilitu (Lillith), in the story of "Gilgamesh and the Huluppu Tree". His brother and sister are Ishkur and Inanna. The Sumerian Utu corresponds to Akkadian Shamash. Shamash was the common Akkadian name of the sun-god and god of justice in Babylonia and Assyria, corresponding to Sumerian Utu. In the epic Enmerkar is the Lord of Aratta, he is also is said to have constructed the famous temple called E-anna, dedicated to the worship of Inanna (the later Ishtar). He plans to steal the 'me's' (the gifts (secrets) of civilized living) from the Ediru Temple so he can be king. see .. Enmerkar

Is there a connection with the Gilgamesh epic and Genesis 10? Note what Gilgamesh says to Enkidu, the half-man, half-beast, who accompanied him on his journey, found in Tablet 111, lines 147 - 150;

"If I fall," Gilgamesh says, "I will establish a name for myself. 'Gilgamesh is fallen,' they will say, 'in combat with terrible Huwawa.'"

But the next five lines are missing from all tablets found so far! Can we speculate on what they say? Let's try . . . We suggest that those five lines include, "But if I win,.. they will say, Gilgamesh, the mighty vanquisher of Huwawa!"

Genesis 10:9 gives us the portion missing from the Gilgamesh tablets. Those lines include... "it is said, Nimrod the mighty vanquisher of YHVH." This has to be what is missing from all the clay tablets of the Gilgamesh story. The complete story is on our Forbiddenf1 page.

According to Sumerian mythology, Eridu was founded by the Sumerian deity named Enki, later known by the Akkadians as Ea. According to the Sumerian kinglist Eridu , also called Eridug, was the first city in the world. This gets a bit confusing when we see in the bible that Enoch is Cains son, and a city was named after him. But Enoch is also described as the son of Jared - descended from Adam's son Seth. Enkidu (Enki) is directly related to the 'building' skills. Building temples, walls, canals and ziggurats was a sacred science. The craftsmen who built them preserved their secrets in the buildings themselves and on 'pillers'. 'Pillers' were stone or brick structures that contained written text or heiroglyphs. Flood waters or fire could not destroy these ancient writings.

Even more advanced were prisms. This six-sided hexagonal clay prism, commonly known as the Taylor Prism, was discovered among the ruins of Nineveh, the ancient capital of the Assyrian Empire. It contains the Annals of Sennacherib himself, the Assyrian king who had besieged Jerusalem in 701 BC during the reign of king Hezekiah. On the prism Sennacherib boasts that he shut up Hezekiah the Judahite within Jerusalem his own royal city like a caged bird. This prism is among the three accounts discovered so far which have been left by the Assyrian monarch of his campaign against Israel and Judah. Why did God destroy the world with a flood? Ancient Egyptians believed that Nu, the god of waters, advised his son Ra, the sun god, to wholly destroy mankind when the nations revolted against the gods. Gods?...again more than one. This connects the story to Nimrod who revolted against a god - a god that was harsh and cruel.

The inhabited Earth was divided between the warring clans. The three sons of Enlil-Ninurta, Sin, and Adad-together with Sin's twin children, Samash (the Sun) and Ishtar (Venus), were given the lands of Shem and Japhet, the lands of the Semites and Indo-Europeans: Sin (the Moon) lowland Mesopotamia; Ninurta, (Enlil's Warrior," Mars) the highlands of Elam and Assyria; Adad (The Thunderer," Mercury) Asia Minor (the land of the Hittites) and Lebannon. Ishtar was granted dominion as the goddess of the Indus Valley civilization; Samash was given command of the spaceport in the Sinai peninsula.

The Gorgi or Igigi - astronauts-- came and captured 200 earth women and took them to Lebonon. Igigi THREATEN EARTH'S DESTRUCTION UNLESS ANUNNAKI LEADERS RATIFY THEIR UNIONS WITH THE ADAPITE WOMEN. Together with 200 of their closest friends, they are the 'sons of God' in Genesis, otherwise known as 'fallen angels', or Watchers. Their children became The Nephilim, a race of giants that ate everything in site including the Adapta humans.

Marduk, commander of the Igigi, challenged Enlil verbally. What Enlil called abductions of the Hybrid females were, in Marduk's opinion, marriages.... Enlil fumed.

"In his heart things against Marduk and his Earthlings was Enlil plotting."

Marduk settled some of the Igigi and their half-Nibiran, half--Adapite issue ("Children of the Rocketships they were called") in Babylon; he and Sarpanit stayed with others in Lebanon.

"Enlil ordered his successor Ninurta to counter the spread of Marduk's Earthlings. "'The Earth by Earthlings inherited will be,' Enlil to Ninurta said. 'Go, the offspring of KA-IN (Cain) find, with them a domain of your own prepare.''

By 100,000 years ago, some of these "Children of the Rocketships," allied with Marduk, settled in "the far eastlands, lands of high mountains." [Sitchin, Z., 2002, The Lost Book of Enki: 202; 1985, The Wars of Gods and Men: 346]

Children of the Rocketships? Spaceport?
Ancient Mayan aircraft: The small, approximately 2 inches long, objects, made of gold are estimated to be at least 1,000 years old. They were discovered in Central America. For scientists the artifacts were depicting animals and were classified as Sinu, a pre-Inca culture from A.D. 500 to 800... But only for them. For aeronautical engineers these objects more looked like airplanes with delta-shaped wings. So in 1997 they built a scaled up version of the objects to the exact specifications of the prototypes with the simple addition of an engine and propeller. The test was succesful. The radio controlled aircraft flew performing airborn loops, rolls and other manuevers, and then performed perfect landing.

To counter Marduk's threat, Ninurta recruited the descendants of Ka-in (Cain). He showed them how to build balsam rafts. They crossed the seas, settled the Andes highlands, and, at Lake Titicaca, Ninurta taught them tin and gold mining, smelting and refining. [Sitchin, Z., 2002, The Lost Book of Enki: 203] see Igigi Marry Hybrids Of cource the god of Genesis wants them destroyed, He knew of an impending disaster so the council of gods voted to let everyone and everything be washed away by the Flood.

The Flood actually occured 10,500 years ago at a time when Atlantis was present between the America's so their journey was short and uneventful. High up in the Andes mountains the race of Cain survived.

After the Great Flood

The first mention of a place where the Ark came to rest is the mountains of Ararat. This is in Turkey. Then we see cities that Nimrod built named, Babel, Erech, Nimrud, Accad, Nineveh and Calneh. Genesis 10:10 - 12. This information is confirmed by the archeological digs of scholars such as Sir Charles Woolley, Robert Graves, Colonel Taylor, Hormuzd Rassam and Henry Austen Layard, Heinrich Schliemann, and Frontier scientist Richard Hoagland. More information is obtained from the ancient works of Plato and the story about a lost continent and a civilization that was far advanced in modern technology. The ancient work of Homer in the Iliad and Odyssey gave clues to the whereabouts of Troy and the Minoan civilization. This culture has been linked to the lost continent of Atlantis. The poems are often dated to the 8th or 7th century BC.

If we consider that the Sons of Noah were responsible for the repopulation of the Earth, in the Middle East we know they rediscovered the secrets. We have information from Genesis that the sons of Noah begat many more sons and daughters. Genesis 10:5, "By these were the isles of the Gentiles divided in their lands: .. every one after his tongue, after their families, in their nations." (Genesis 10:6) "And the sons of Ham; Cush, and Mizram, and Phut and Canaan." Canaan represents modern day Palestine, Mizram represents Egypt, Cush represents Ethiopia, Put (Phut) represents modern day Libya in North Africa. We would now have Ethiopia, being Cush, containing the upper (Southern) reaches of the Nile and Egypt, Mizram , containing the lower (Northern) portion of the Nile.

The bible tells us that Cush's son Nimrod built many cities in Sumer (Mesopotamia) Genesis 10:8. It does not say that Nimrod rebeled against god. Ancient Sumerian texts written in stone record that Nimrod actually rebeled against the control and tyranny of a god that the people feared. This is confirmed in the Antiquities of the Jews written by Josephus. In Sumer this god's name was Enlil or simply El. He says, "I revealed myself to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob as El Shaddai, but was not known to them by my name Yahweh."

This affirms the identity of Yahweh with either El in his aspect Shaddai or with a god called Shaddai. Also affirmed is that the name Yahweh is a more recent revelation. One scholarly position is that the identification of Yahweh with El is late, that Yahweh was earlier thought of as only one of many gods and not normally identified with El. El is derived from Sumerian Enlil, God of Wind.

Another God is mentioned who helped the people and it is written that this God 'lowered Kingship from Heaven'. The first Priest was Enoch, a descendent of Adam's son Seth. His name in the Sumerian tongue was Eridu and the first city was named after him. This city was built thousands of years before the flood only about 100 miles from the Persian Gulf. see This Map. Genesis 10:8 describes the 'cities' built by Nimrod after the flood.

Nimrod, Cush, and Mizram moved to Egypt in 3200 BC.
Since we see that Mizram and (Cush) located in the 'upper' (Southern section) reaches of the Nile', it is safe to assume that Nimrod was there too. Abydos is only about 100 miles from Luxor (Thebes) Memphis, which became the Southern capitol of a split nation. The texts confirm this move to Egypt by most all of the Cush and Mizram clan beginning with Ham. The Jewish or Sumerian names are of course different in the Egyptian language.

The two sons of Noah who turned to 'different gods'.

Shem, oldest son of Noah: He is also known in ancient Egyptian Records as Semsem, 8th Pharaoh of the 1st Dynasty. He was also known as Shem-Esh..Esh means 'fire'. ..from The 12th Planet, Zecharia Sitchen, page 161.
(Shem) Semerkhet was the successor of Enezib, (also known as Anedjib-Ham) and the only funerary monument that surely can be attributed to him is his tomb in Abydos.
He erased his predecessor's name from monuments replacing it with his own, which indicate social disturbance. His name is omitted from the Sakkara king list, and theories have been put forward that he was an usurper without legal right to the crown. Manetho tells that a "great calamity" occurred during his reign, but doesn't tell what sort. According to the Palermo Stone his reign was close to 9 years, but Manetho gives him 18.

Another site records; "Shem" - Semerkhet reigned for only nine years, and is thought by some to have been a usurper. According to Manetho disasters occurred during his reign. He may have caused the unrest during Anedjib's reign. He is responsible for erasing Anedjib's name from stone vases. A little black stela bearing his name is the only direct evidence found.

Japheth, 3rd son of Noah: His sons included Magog, Meshech, Gomer, (an ally of Gog), Madi, Tiras and Tubal. This Tubal is not the same as Tubal Cain. Meshech is named as a son of Japheth in Genesis 10:2 and 1 Chronicles 1:5, and as a son of Shem in 1 Chronicles 1:17. He is also listed as a grandson of Shem in Genesis 10:22. Ezekiel 27:13 Javan, Tubal, and Meshech, they were thy merchants: they traded the persons of men and vessels of brass in thy market. (Slave Traders)

Ezekiel 38-39: Historically, the nations mentioned in this passage, Magog, Meshech, Tubal, Gomer and Beth-togarmah, were a barbarous people known as the Scythians. These were a nomadic people who had moved from central Asia to southern Russia. Just about the same time that Ezekiel was born, the Scythians terrorized southwest Asia and the Middle East.

A man called Shelah was a mathematician and the son of Arphaxad, grandson of Shem. The bible refers to Abrahams Father as Terah, a descendent of Shem. Terah lived in Ur. Ur is sometimes refered as the land of the Chaldeans. The Persians found the Chaldeans masters of reading and writing, and especially versed in all forms of incantation, in sorcery, witchcraft, and the magical arts. Thus, in Greek, "Chaldean" came to acquire the meaning of "astrologer" see Egyptian Magic

God and Magog; They are variously presented as men, supernatural beings (giants or demons), national groups, or lands. Gog and Magog occur widely in mythology and folklore. The earliest known reference to "Gog" and "Magog" together is also in the Bible, in the Book of Ezekiel:
"Son of man, set thy face against Gog, the land of Magog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal, and prophesy against him,
And you shall say; So said the Lord God: Behold, I am against you, Gog, the prince, the head of Meshech and Tubal. Thus says the Lord "On that day it shall come to pass that thoughts will arise in your mind and you will make an evil plan:" Addressing Gog and Magog, God describes how the attacks will be repelled (Ezekiel 39:1-16). The army of Gog and Magog (Russia) primarily includes people from the nations of Gog, Gomer, Tubal, Meshech, and the house of Togarmah from the North, the latter of which are mentioned as descendants of Japheth in Genesis (q.v.). God describes the aftermath of the battle later in the same chapter, addressing "thou, son of Man". Ezekiel (38 and 39) says that Gog will be defeated.

The Egyptian Gods of Ham's clan
Disagreements between supporters of the gods Horus and Set came to surface and went on until the very end when a notable decline came at the break into the next dynasty. Horus was the 'good' god and Set was the 'evil' god who tricked his brother Osiris and then killed him.

The 'calamity' that Manetho speeks of was a war between the Egyptian king named Namer (Nimrod) and Shem (Semsem). They worshiped 'different' gods. The actual King was determined by which God he worshiped. Since there were two gods, a war was inevitable and a split in the rulership of the country followed. Namer is described as the 'uniter' of the two lands. The name that was erased was indeed that of Ham (Anedjib). Even though the country was under one king the split in the religion continued.

The Bible refers to Egypt as "the land of Ham" in (Psalms 78:51; 105:23,27; 106:22; 1Ch 4:40). The Hebrew word for Egypt was Mizraim (probably literally meaning the two lands), and was the name of one of Ham's sons. The Egyptian word for Egypt was Khem, plausibly the origin of the name Ham, or vice versa, according to sound change between languages. The names of Ham's other children correspond to regions within Egyptian influence - Kush, Canaan, and Phut (probably identical with the Pitu, a Libyan tribe, though often associated with Punt, an ancient name for Benadir).

Region 2: Enki's lineage's domain: King Anu orders Enki and his descendents rule Egypt and Africa though the descendants of Ziasudra's (Noah's) son Ham the Dark. Ham's line rules Caanan, Cush, Nubia, Ethiopia, Egypt (Mizra'im), and Libya, beginning from the highlands and spreading to the reclaimed lowlands.

So Ham's sons; Canaan, Cush, Mizraim, and Put went to Egypt. Cush's son Nimrod became a first Dynasty Ruler before his grandfather Ham - Anedjib.

While the 3rd century BC priest Manetho states that he ruled Egypt for 14 years, virtually all Egyptologists reject this figure in favour of a far shorter reign due to the relatively small number of attestations known for this king in the monumental record. Toby Wilkinson's reconstruction of the near-contemporary Palermo Stone shows that Anedjib's reign length was only "10 complete or partial years."

Anedjib's penultimate and final year is recorded in Cairo Fragment One register III. While Anedjib is known to have "celebrated a Sed-festival, something which does not normally take place until a king had been on the throne for some considerable time," this was presumably due to the fact "that Anedjib was elderly when he succeded Den, and that the celebration of a Sed-Festival was considered auspicious to renew the powers of a king past his prime."One of major contributions of Anedjib was changing the Summer festival for the sun god to an Autumn festival for the moon god.

Numerous stone vases bearing his royal name had their inscriptions erased under Semerkhet his successor which suggests that Semerkhet deposed Anedjib.
Some Egyptologists hold that Menes and Narmer are the same person; some hold that Menes is the same person as Hor-Aha and that he inherited an already-unified Egypt from Narmer; others hold that Narmer began the process of unification but either did not succeed or succeeded only partially, leaving it to Menes to complete. More about Narmer (Nimrod) below.

The First Pharaonic Dynasty starts with King Narmer (Nir-Mr), whose serekh (royal name enclosure) has also been found in present-day Israel. Our research shows that at the beginning of the Pharaonic dynasties, Narmer was represented as “the sovereign of the pole“, this perhaps even indicating an origin of the kings from the North.

Anendjib (Ham) who was legitimized by his marriage to Betrest of the Memphite royal family, ruled for fourteen years from Memphis (Avaris). His power over the south was challenged by local tribes and the northern nomes were often rebellious.
In the 2nd dynasty, the fourth king, Sekhemib (Shem), abandons his name and Horus title and becomes a "Set(h)" king with a new name (Peribsen). The serekh/cartouche is now topped by the dog of Seth rather than the hawk of Horus. This seperate rulership is also evidenced by Dr. Kelley L. Ross and the connection continues into the 13th dynasty of Egypt. There is a 'Kings list' begining with the 13th dynasty of Avaris which corresponds with the 14th dynasty of Thebes (Abydos/Luxor). scroll up.
“The term [serekh] is usually employed to refer to a rectangular frame surmounted by the HORUS falcon, within which the king’s ‘Horus name’ was written…. This frame seems to have effectively symbolized the domain of Horus, the royal residence. For a brief period, in the 2nd Dynasty … SETH replaced Horus as the god surmounting the serekh [for the kings Peribsen and Khasekhemwy], thus transforming it into a ‘Seth name’, but the change was short lived…

Peribsen (Sekhemib) made sweeping political changes. The serekhs bearing the royal names are not surmounted by Horus anymore but by his religious rival, Seth, who became the primary royal patron deity. A stela bearing Peribsen's name found at Abydos illustrates this change in loyalties. He may have been a usurper or a member of a collateral branch of the ruling family. Peribsen was buried at Abydos.

A "search" produced the following about the serekh/cartouche; "It has been debated for long time on the reading of the hieratic name in the Zawiyet el Aryan cartouches; it has been proposed to read it Nefer-ka, Neb-ka (falcon on standard), A-Ka, Ba-Ka, Bik-Ka, Shena-ka, Seth-Ka."
The "great god" epithet is astonishing the king considered that he had a place, not among the minor deities, but among the great gods. Probably because having built pyramids as large as hills, i.e. of a geological magnitude, his power was of the same order as that of the great deities!

“The Turin Canon of Kings (Turin Papyrus) … first presents the reigns of gods and then the reigns of the demigods (who were called Achu, the Followers of Horus, i.e. Schemesu-Hor)…. Remarkable is … the frequent occurrence of the falcon in the early names of kings…. This preference could … trace back to a special meaning for the falcon-deity…. The process of unification in particular … must have had a very strong effect on those who experienced it and were affected by it. The sovereign falcon (Horus) … must have enjoyed extraordinary prestige…. This led ultimately to the formation of the Horus Name of a king, in which the falcon above the palace facade is not to be regarded as a component of the name, but rather as an epithet or title with programmatic character….

The predynastic period of the falcon cult is testified to by many predynastic “falcon serekhs“ (serekh = king’s name enclosure) in Egypt, all originating from the period about 3300 to 3100 BC.

1983': this author provides a lot of data on these names; he thought that Nebkara was the ambitious IIIrd Dynasty king who began the construction of the nowadays so called "Unfinished Pyramid" at Zawyiet el Aryan, whereas Neferka "seems to have completed the burial chamber of (Meidum) Mastaba 17 for the reburial of Nebkara and filled the trench and pit of the Unfinished Pyramid in the style of architecture that would have pleased Nebkara" (Swelim, Some Problems, 80); according to the same author, the bones found by Wainwright in Meydum Mastaba 17 burial chamber could have been those of Nebkara (op. cit., 97, 166); the body appeared to have been defleshed, the eyes torn out and orbits filled by paste balls, the penis and limbs cut off and bandaged separately. Also wooden model insignia (mace and crooks) were found in the chamber (Meydum p. 13 ff and plate XI).see... Nebkara

If this 'defleshed' pharoah is Shem aka. Neferka, we see how he was punished for worshiping the evil god Seth, or for the ursurp of the thrown of his brother Ham. This insured that the Ka or soul could not go to the after-life.

Almost all Egyptologists firmly believe that a king by the name of Raneb (or Nebra) succeeded the first king of Egypt's 2nd Dynasty, Hotepsekhemwy. Of course, while we have little information about Raneb, his reign is important to us because of its chronological position during the Egyptian empire's formative years. Presumably, Raneb was Hotepsekhemwy's son (he ruled 2890-2852 BCE, 38 years), or perhaps his brother, but there is little evidence to prove such. Raneb (he ruled 2852-2813 BCE, 39 years), which was probably this king's birth name, means "Re is the Lord", but many believe, because there seems to have been no specific mention of the god Re prior to this time, that it should more appropriately be read as Nebra, meaning "Lord of the Sun". There is evidence from later King lists that his birth name was probably Kakaw (or Kakau). see Nebra

These facts, united with the beginning of "bad times" at the end of Dynasty 1 and onward (Hotepsekhemwy's name, as the one of Khasekhemwy, should have been echoing that situation), cannot be 'translated' by us into certain history, but are perhaps enough to suggest that some sort of troubles must have been undergone by the state then (yet maybe nothing like a kind of "civil war" between followers of Horus and Seth or of South and North, as was once advanced).
Hotepsekhemwy is not thought to be the son of Pharaoh Qa'a, but possibly his son-in-law Regardless, he made offerings in memory of the man and was possibly responsible for Qa'a's funeral. While Manetho provides no reason for the dynastic change between Qa'a and Hotepsekhemwy, it may have been the result of a shift in the royal power center from Avaris/Memphis to Thebes.

Evidence exists that Hotepsekhemwy probably developed somewhat subtle and reasonable changes in both religion and the administration of Egypt.

Some historians say that his brother started a military coup and threw him out of power. Usurped by Reneb, Hotepsekhemwy bore the personal name Hetep which was misread to Bedjau in the Abydos list. Reneb means 'Ra is my lord'.

Sealings with the name of "Hotepsekhemwy" have been found outside the tomb of Qa'a at Abydos.

He is named in a Greek form as Boethos and the Egyptian king lists calls him Bezau and Neter-bau. He is also attested by many inscriptions on stone vessels from the underground magazines under Djoser's pyramid. His name is also cut in to a granite statue of a long-lived priest and caretaker of his mortuary cult, who served under his two successors as well.

Hotepsekhemwy, also known as Bedjau or Baunetjer, was the first king of the Second dynasty of Egypt. His name is a reference to the gods Horus and Seth "The Two Mighty Ones at Rest". We see the 'two Gods' together on the last king of the 2nd dynasty's serekh.
Hotepsekhemwy/Raneb has been associated with Jacob. Therefore the name "Jacob" found in the Bible would be the same as the name "Jacob-El" which is found on a number of Hyksos Scarabs, meaning he worshiped Seth/Enlil.

The 400 year occupation of the Hebrews ends with Ahmose (17th dynasty - 1540 BC) defeating the (Hyksos) Hebrews and chashing them out of Egypt. see Early Dynastic Period of Egypt. and see Ahmose , who is connected to the Rosicrucian order and freemasons. THE Rosicrucian Order had its traditional conception and birth in Egypt in the activities of the Great White Lodge or The Great White Brotherhood. The use of the term "white" is supposed to refer to a colorless, transparent or cosmic aura and to their advanced spirituality and has nothing to do with race.

The name Raneb (aka. Nebre) appears as the 2nd king of the second dynasty 2812 BC. Manetho also tells us that Raneb introduced the worship not only of the sacred goat of Mendes, (the Aries Ram) but also of the sacred bull of Mnevis at the old sun-worship center of Heliopolis, and the Apis bull at Memphis (Avaris). However, scholars now appear to believe that the cult of the Apis bull was established by a former king, which is attested on a stele dating from the rule of Den (Udimu). Irregardless, it would seem that his name, whether stated as Raneb or Nebra, indicates a significant shift of worship to the sun god, which would have a very important impact on much of Egypt's remaining history. Of cource when the Hebrews left Egypt they made the graven image of the Bull and worshiped it. Assuming that Aaron was part of this culture, he built the image for the people. This was after he was consecrationed as a priest. And take note that they slaughtered many animals as sacrifices, smearing the blood on the alters..

The first sign of the zodiac, Aries is ruled by powerful Mars, The second sign of the Zodiac, Taurus is ruled by Venus.
The object of worship, the calf, and the name of the god had a hidden meaning. This is typical of the symbolism of the Mystery religions that came from Babylon. The Israelites copied the worship of the calf from the Egyptians, who worshiped the god "Hapi" under the form of a male calf. This in turn was copied from the Babylonians, who used the bull as a symbol of Nimrod. Not only was a bull chosen because it symbolized might and strength, the Chaldee word for "bull" also carried a double meaning. Nimrod as a king was a ruler of the people, and the name for "ruler" is "Tur," that also means "bull" in Chaldee. Thus the bull was chosen to symbolize Nimrod in his worship because his sign - Taurus was the bull..

The name of the god Hapi comes from the word "Hap," which mean in Chaldee "to cover" and in Egyptian "to conceal." Viz. the god Hapi is really "The hidden One" and is the hidden god of the Mysteries, and is only fully revealed to those admitted into the secrets of the system.
Enki, the king of the Abzu, overpowering in his majesty, speaks up with authority: "My father, the king of the universe, Brought me into existence in the universe, My ancestor, the king of all the lands, Gathered together all the me's, placed the me's (secrets) in my hand. Enki's symbol is the caduceus (2 serpents on an eagle winged stick), one of the most ancient of symbols. The caduceus connects Enki with Hermes in Greek mythology (and Poseidon in many ways); Moses (Numbers 21:8, 9) and Jesus Christ (who becomes The Caduceus - anyone who looks upon Him is healed, John 3:14).The Abzu is described as incomprehensible, unfathomable, secret. The Abzu as Enki's shrine / temple in Eridu. The Abzu is a subterranean structure. The Abzu as a mythical place where the life influencing powers reside and where their results, as well as the means to influence their effects, originate. The Abzu as a place producing raw materials. It is like memory and knowledge.
Biblical: Merodach (Mardochaios/Marduk) was the Babylonian name of a late-generation god from ancient Mesopotamia and patron deity of the city of Babylon, who, when Babylon permanently became the political center of the Euphrates valley in the time of Hammurabi (18th century BC), started to slowly rise to the position of the head of the Babylonian pantheon, a position he fully acquired by the second half of the second millennium BC.

Merodach-baladan King of Babylon in the days of Hezekiah (2 Kgs. 20: 12, where he is called Berodach-baladan - Isa. 39: 1; cf. 2 Chr. 32: 31). He made an alliance with Hezekiah against Sargon, king of Assyria, who, after reducing Judah, Edom, and Moab to submission, deposed Merodach-baladan. When Babylon became the capital of Mesopotamia, the patron deity of Babylon was elevated to the level of supreme god. In order to explain how Marduk seized power, the Enûma Elish was written, which tells the story of Marduk's birth, heroic deeds and becoming the ruler of the gods. ..from Marduk

There are particularly two higher gods — Ea and Enlil — whose powers and attributes pass over to Marduk. In the case of Ea (the wisdom god), the transfer proceeded pacifically and without effacing the older god. Marduk took over the identity of Asarluhi, the son of Ea and god of white magic, so that Marduk was integrated in the pantheon of Eridu where both Ea and Asarluhi original came from. The text reads; "Eloquent one of the abzu, great minister of Eridug, lordly Asarluhi! The enkum and ninkum priests, the abgal and abrig priests, the ...... priestesses and the ...... all pay attention when you open your holy mouth. This description also seems to fit Seth ( Adam and Eve's only Son -"in his own likeness, in his own image). In Genesis 4:25 we see that men at that time began to call on the name of the Lord.

Father Ea voluntarily recognized the superiority of the son and hands over to him the control of humanity. Seven generations later Enoch was described as the first priest and the one Ea sent to Heaven to learn all the secrets of the Gods. This association of Marduk and Ea, while indicating primarily the passing of the supremacy once enjoyed by Eridu to Babylon as a religious and political centre, may also reflect an early dependence of Babylon upon Eridu, not necessarily of a political character but, in view of the spread of culture in the Euphrates valley from the south to the north, the recognition of Eridu as the older centre on the part of the younger one.

Marduk was depicted as a human, often with his symbol the snake-dragon (wisdom) which he had taken over from the god Tishpak. Another symbol that stood for Marduk was the spade. Marduk is spelled AMAR.UTU in Sumerian, literally, "the calf of Utu" or "the young bull of the Sun". and see The Bull of Heaven,once again taking the Sun sign of Taurus.
As we mentioned, the "Bull of Heaven" is associated with the age of Taurus, the bull in the zodiac. The full procession of the planets takes 2160 years, So in 4380 BC, the spring equinox occured in the House or Age of Taurus. (that's 2160 times 2) It retarded to that of Aries circa 2200 BC and to Pisces in Christ's time, 60 BC. If we add another 4320 we get apx. 10,860 BC, precisely the age of Leo the Lion and the building of the Sphinx in Egypt.. The Great Pyramid is dated 10,390 BC.

This date comes from our favorite physic, Edgar Casey who described many amazing things, like the discovery of Atlantis in 1998 - off Biminy, 80 miles from the Florida Coast. Called "Poseidia" by Cayce. Cayce related that a Hall of Records containing the records of Atlantis was constructed somewhere in the region. The Hall of Records was in a temple which sunk in 10,400 B.C. and is, according to Cayce, covered by "the slime of ages." This record hall is identical to the one in Egypt under the Sphinx.

Historical records show the Equinox as having once began in Taurus, at which time Taurus was considered to be the first Sign of the Zodiac. see precession.

Aries is first then Taurus, Gemini, Cancer, Leo, Virgo, Libra, Scorpio, Sagittarius, Capricorn, Aquarius, Pisces. We are nearing the age of Aquarius (2100 AD), which according to legend signals the return of Christ. This is also the end of the 25,920 year cycle.
Precession can be thought of as the slow movement of the Earth's axis with respect to the stars. Hence, as the axis is moving, with time it points to different places in the heavens. The dotted circle on the figure below shows all the places that the axis will point to over a complete Great Year. Back in 2700 BC the axis pointed to the star Thuban, the Snake; now it points to Polaris.

The Changing Pole Star; How to understand this star map: Have a look bottom left, that's the date in years. It starts in 3000 BC, [the BC years have a minus sign in front] when astrology was just beginning amongst the Mesopotamian culture, and goes through to 8000 AD. As the years change the figure is showing you a picture of the night sky at the time. It stops momentarily at 2000 AD to show you the sky as it looks now.

Ptolemy, in his masterwork Tetrabiblos, also lists the powers of the stars of the non zodiac constellations of Classical astrology.

In the Age of Taurus, agriculture was discovered, and for the first time, towns, villages, and cities were formed because humans no longer needed to hunt and gather for their food and so were not required to be so nomadic.

The "age" of Leo in 10,860 BC to 8700 BC is probably best characterized by the Sphinx in Egypt. Plus there are many other huge structures from that period that still exist in Egypt and the Valley of the Nile. All these giant buildings were monuments to the Pharaoh's [kings or queens] or GODS of that ancient Egyptian Civilization.

Most Egyptian Pyramids have great ASTROLOGICAL as well Astronomical significance. The Pyramids also have major GEOMETRIC and MATHEMATICAL importance.

The age of the Great Walled cities; Babylon and Sumeria are also included in the "AGE" of TAURUS, the age of Homelands. With a huge wall around a city-state it was virtually impregnable. People couldn't get out either.

Age of Pisces - The beginning of the Big Religions +/- 300 BC - 1900 AD (This is the big debate)

The Age of Pisces has been dominated largely by religion, Christianity in particular, with its peculiar mixture of persecution and spiritual salvation.

The Age of Pisces is/was a period when "evil" or the "dark side" of the Human Mind controlled civilization. FEAR has been humanity's primary motivation to act, for over two thousands years. Unreasonable FEAR.

That is why wise Ancient's hid as much valuable information as possible, to preserve it. They knew society was going into a long term decline and much of the important stuff would be destroyed or misinterpreted, intentionally and unintentionally. Human being's ego's make them make many mistakes when interpreting the past but nobody's around to refute that opinion. Convenient.

The beginning of AGE of PISCES should be dated from the Birth of Buddha. Buddha came from an angel. That was several hundred years before Jesus Christ was born from a virgin. The AGE of PISCES is best characterized by two guys, their spiritual philosophy's and another profit named Mohammed. 3 great religions have come upon Earth during the AGE of PISCES, Buddhism, Christianity and Islam.

Christianity has come to dominate the planet during the AGE of PISCES because of it's inherent violence. Along with it's hypocrisy and GREED. Christian's shouldn't be to worried about remaining in power because the Moslems are only following the examples set by the ruling Christians.

When Moses threw out the golden calf, he knew it was the end of the Taurus Age or the fourth age in our present great year. He instructed his followers to get rid of the bull, put lambs' blood on the doors, and place Rams' horns in the temples. By looking at the Master Calendar, the Mazzaroth, or the Zodiac in the heavens, anyone could see that it was the dawning of the Age of Aries the ram or lamb. It was the start of the fifth age in our current great year.

Thus we see that the Hebrews worshiped Enlil and the Israelites worshiped Enki or his son Marduk who was the same as the god of Nimrod, under the leadership of Aaron...of cource there is more to this story.

During the Exodus Moses attempted to get the Hebrews to understand that their god (under Enlil) was a false god or pretender god. He brought the 'Word" of the true God to them but they still refused to abide by this unfamiliar Gods laws. Moses, Aaron and Joshua were in effect out-numbered by rebellious Hebrews and he had all the military age men killed to stop it. But it has continued to this day.

It is worth making a necessary distinction between the Israelites and the Hebrews of the Mosaic era. At that time they were not one and the same, as Bible teaching seems to indicate. The Hebrews were the family and descendants of Abraham, and their place of residence was, in the main, Canaan (or Palestine).

The Israelites, on the other hand, were the family and descendants of one of Abraham's grandsons, Jacob, whose name was changed to 'Israel'. The name 'Isreal' means 'deceiver'. It was Jacob's family alone who had moved into Egypt, and it was their descendants who eventually returned with Moses - to be reunited, after countless generations, with their fellow Hebrews.

The difference between the strains was, of course, that the Israelites had long been subjected to the laws and religions of Egypt and they knew very little about the customs of their cousins in Canaan. Through more than 400 years they had been in an environment with a whole pantheon of gods; and although they had developed a 'One God' concept within their own fraternity, that god was not the Jehovah of the Canaanite Hebrews.

The Egyptians believed that the royal family descended from the gods and had royal blood, because of this sometimes people had to marry their brother or sisters.

The Israelites' god was a faceless entity whom they called, quite simply, 'the Lord'. In the Israelite language he was called 'Adon'. This is one of the reasons why the names 'Lord' and 'Jehovah' were always separately identified in early texts, although they were brought under the wrap of the single God in later times to suit the emergent Jewish and Christian faiths. To the Egyptians, the name of this Lord (Adon) was quite similar; they called him 'Aten'. From this derived the name of Pharaoh Akhenaten, meaning 'Servant of Aten'.

The clan of Shem continued the worship of Enlil (El/Baal/Set/Yehwah) and his son Nanner.The religion of Ur centered around the worship of two major gods: Nanner the Moon-God and Ningal the Moon-Goddess. These gods were the son and daughter of Enlil. These are the not the gods that Abraham's father worshiped. There were a large number of shrines attended by priests and priestesses. Abraham accused his father and the other priests of worshiping idols and The Book of Joshua reports that Terah worshipped other gods. (Josh. 24:2.) Joshua 22 also reports wars between the tribes of Gad, Reuben and Manasseh who served Moses. The Israelites ask the tribes," How could you break faith with the "GOD OF ISRAEL" like this? How could you turn away from the Lord and build yourselves an alter in rebellion against him now?

This becomes soo complicated that it must be another "God", a God of Love and understanding that Terah worshiped. El/Yahweh would naturally call this God 'wicked'.

The Midrash regards Terah as wicked. (E.g., Numbers Rabbah 19:1; 19:33.) Rabbi Hiyya said that Terah manufactured idols and told the following account: Terah once went away and left Abraham to mind the store. A woman came with a plateful of flour and asked Abraham to offer it to the idols. Abraham took a stick, broke the idols, and put the stick in the largest idol’s hand. When Terah returned, he demanded that Abraham explain what he had done. Abraham told Terah that the idols fought among themselves and the largest broke the others with the stick. “Why do you make sport of me?” Terah cried, “Do they have any knowledge?” Abraham replied, “Listen to what you are saying!” Terah then delivered Abraham to King Nimrod for punishment. (Genesis Rabbah 38:13.)

Zohar says that when God saved Abraham from the furnace, Terah repented. (Zohar, Bereshit 1:77b.) Rabbi Abba b. Kahana said that God assured Abraham that his father Terah had a portion in the World to Come. (Genesis Rabbah 30:4; 30:12.)

The tower at Ur originally stood about seventy feet tall. This tower was dedicated to Nanner who was considered to be the true ruler of the city. Nanner is akin to Enlil. The tower was built as a ziggurat, or tiered tower, much like the tower of Babel was built.

Another of Shem's sons is Arpachshad . Other ancient Jewish sources, particularly the Book of Jubilees, point to Arpachsad as the immediate progenitor of Ura and Kesed, who allegedly founded the city of Ur Kesdim (Ur of the Chaldees) on the south bank of the Euphrates (Jub. 9:4; 1:1-7) — the same bank where Ur, identified by Leonard Woolley in 1927 as Ur of the Chaldees, was located.

Shem was credited with killing Nimrod, though the Book of Jasher states that Esau killed him. Set/Yahweh as the God of Shem and, consequently, Shem was the bearer of the Messianic promises. Shem is also the ancestor of Abraham...Abraham worshiped Yahweh and his son Jacob (Israel) lived at Avaris. The principal diety at Avaris was Set(h). The word Israel means deceiver. Like it or not, Abram of Ur, was a direct descendant of the Sumerian gods. He was the son of a High Priest, Terah, who was probably on the council of twelve, which is why he was 'chosen' to represent the gods of Elohim.

As previously stated, the Bible refers to Egypt as "the land of Ham" in (Psalms 78:51; 105:23,27; 106:22; 1Ch 4:40). The Hebrew word for Egypt was Mizraim (probably literally meaning the two lands), and was the name of one of Ham's sons. The Egyptian word for Egypt was Khem, plausibly the origin of the name Ham, or vice versa, according to sound change between languages. The names of Ham's other children correspond to regions within Egyptian influence - Kush, Canaan, and Phut (probably identical with the Pitu, a Libyan tribe, though often associated with Punt, an ancient name for Benadir).

Region 2: Enki's lineage's domain: King Anu orders Enki and his descendents rule Egypt and Africa though the descendants of Ziasudra's (Noah) son Ham the Dark. Ham's line rules Caanan, Cush, Mizra'im, Cush, Nubia, Ethiopia, Egypt, and Libya, beginning from the highlands and spreading to the reclaimed lowlands.

The author of the celebrated book of Enoch, which had so great a vogue, and has been cited by some ancient writers as inspired Scripture, says that the eleventh of the watchers, or of those angels who were in love with women, was called Pharmaeius, or Pharmachus; that he taught men, before the flood, enchantments, spells, magic arts, and remedies against enchantments. The Hamite line is the clue to the predynastic line of Egyptian Kings. Contrary to radical Islamic teaching, Ham was not black. Khem (meaning black) was normally used to described the fertile soils by the Nile, it was sometimes used as an epithet for Min, as the god of fertility. Since Khem was also an Egyptian name for Egypt (precisely because it described the soil of the Nile valley), there is also an association with Ham. The 'Goat of Menes' ( Ram) designation is from the constellation of Aries which Ham was born under.

Thought to be the successor to the predynastic Scorpion or Scorpio (Cush) and/or Ka, he is considered by some to be the founder of the First dynasty, and therefore the first king of all Egypt. Menes, also called Aha: He was the follower and probably son of king Narmer. He was an active ruler who put forward the god Ptah from the new capital Ramesses (Avaris).
The origin of Ptah's name is unclear, though some believe it to mean 'opener' or 'sculptor'. As a god of craftsmen, the later is probably correct. He was a patron of the arts, protector of stonecutters, sculptors, blacksmiths, architects, boat builders, artists and craftsmen. His high priest was given the title wr khrp hmw, 'Great Leader of Craftsmen', and his priests were probably linked to the different crafts.

It was believed that Ptah invented masonry and that it was he who crafted the boats that the dead used to travel to the Duat (land of the dead). The EGYPTIAN Book of the Dead describes him as: ...a master architect, and framer of everything in the universe... Ptah and Enki have been said to be one and the same deity.

The confusion of 'Languages'

In Babylon; "Every one after his tongue, after their families, in their nations". As you can see by this verse which contridicts Genesis 11:7 when God says, Let US go down and confuse their language so they cannot understand each other." WHO IS US? And how could their language be different if they were all from the same family? How could God confuse them if they (each one) were already speeking a different language? It would seem that the sons of Cush were all located along the western side of the Persian Gulf and North into the delta of the Tigris and Euphrates rivers. However, if we look at the Fertile Crescent itself we find that Shem’s sons occupyed the northern portion and also the very southwestern tip of the Arabia Peninsula. It would seem to me (link below) that the sons became very confused. Joktan is hundreds of miles to the southwest of his kinsmen in the northern Fertile Crescent. At the same time Raamah and his sons are hundreds of miles to the east of Cush. from .. Eden.

Ancient Greeks thought the Trojan War to be a historical event. They believed that it took place in the 13th or 12th century BC, and that Troy was located in the vicinity of the Dardanelles, which is in modern day Turkey. By modern times both the war and the city were widely believed to be non-historical. In 1870, however, the German archaeologist Heinrich Schliemann excavated a site in this area which he believed to be the site of Troy, and at least some archaeologists agree. What he discovered was not the ruin of a city, but the remains of eleven cities, each one built on the ruins of the earlier settlements.

Approximately 86 kilometers northeast of the city of Beirut in eastern Lebanon stands the temple complex of Baalbek. Situated atop a high point in the fertile Bekaa valley, the ruins are one of the most extraordinary and enigmatic holy places of ancient times. Long before the Romans conquered the site and built their enormous temple of Jupiter, long even before the Phoenicians constructed a temple to the god Baal, there stood at Baalbek the largest stone block construction found in the entire world.

Heliopolis in Egypt, also called the temple of Ra was said to have been, to a special degree, a depository for royal records, and Herodotus states that the priests of Heliopolis were the best informed in matters of history of all the Egyptians. Heliopolis flourished as a seat of learning during the Greek period; the schools of philosophy and astronomy are claimed to have been frequented by Pythagoras, Plato, Solon, and other Greek philosophers. From Ichonuphys, who was lecturing there in 308 BC, and who numbered Eudoxus among his pupils, the Greek mathematician learned the true length of the year and month, upon which he formed his octaeterid, or period of eight years or ninety-nine months. Ptolemy II had Manethon, the chief priest of Heliopolis, collect his history of the ancient kings of Egypt from its archives.
Baalbek was a priest-colony from its Egyptian namesake. The great mystery of the ruins of Baalbek or the Syrian Heliopolis, and indeed one of the greatest mysteries of the ancient world, concerns the massive foundation stones beneath the Roman Temple of Jupiter. The courtyard of the Jupiter temple is situated upon a platform, called the Grand Terrace, which consists of a huge outer wall and a filling of massive stones. The lower courses of the outer wall are formed of huge, finely crafted and precisely positioned blocks. They range in size from thirty to thirty three feet in length, fourteen feet in height and ten feet in depth, and weigh approximately 450 tons each. Nine of these blocks are visible on the north side of the temple, nine on the south, and six on the west (others may exist but archaeological excavations have thus far have not dug beneath all the sections of the Grand Terrace). Above the six blocks on the western side are three even larger stones, called the Trilithon, whose weight exceeds 1000 tons each. These great stones vary in size between sixty-three and sixty-five feet in length, with a height of fourteen feet six inches and a depth of twelve feet.

In the Seleucid (323-64 BC) and Roman (64 BC-312 AD) periods, the town became known as Heliopolis, the ‘City of the Sun.'

According to theories stated by the mainstream archaeological community, the history of Baalbek reaches back approximately 5000 years. Excavations beneath the Great Court of the Temple of Jupiter have uncovered traces of settlements dating to the Middle Bronze Age (1900-1600 BC) built on top of an older level of human habitation dating to the Early Bronze Age (2900-2300 BC).

No one remembers how the blocks of the Temple of Jupiter were put into place. No one seems interested in rediscovering our biblical hereos in the places where they actually lived and worked but this is vitally important to understanding how a highly developed culture sprang up from the accomplishments and knowledge of just a few men after the flood. Mythologically, the 40 Century BC relates to the beginning of primeval human civilization. Evidence indicates primeval human civilization began during the Middle Paleolithic. And it began in the area known as The Fertile Crescent. So does that mean that Adam was on Earth in 40,000 BC? There seems to be ample evidence of this. Note that the referenced web site only recognizes Homo neanderthalensis - primitive man. We think intelligent humans such as Adam were in the same area at the same time.
