C.T.A. Officers Present: S.K. John Rogers, President; S.K. James C. Shew, First Vice-President; S.K. Lloyd Bradshaw, PDDC, Prelate Past C.T.A. Presidents Present: SK Joseph J. Atkinson, Jr., PDDC; SK Robert F. Creekmore; SK Richard M. Holcombe, EGW; SK Gerald Newman; SK Robert Richter; SK Ernest Rowland; SK David Slusher; SK Robert Williams, DDC; SK Lionel Pflanzer Old Business: New Business: It was announced that no commandery has remitted their CTA dues. The amount is determined by the number of members multiplied by fifteen cents. President Rogers appointed SKs Slusher, R. Richter, and L. Bradshaw as committee members to access if CTA dues should be raised to meet increased expenses. The committee met and returned the report that the dues should be raised to twenty-five cents per member with five cents remaining to the Grand Commandery and twenty cents to the CTA Treasury. SK Slusher moved that this recommendation be adopted and SK Richter seconded the motion. A vote was taken and the motion passed. (Note: check the CTA by-laws for possible change requirement and this motion takes effect Masonic year 2001/2002.) No Committee Reports. SK Shew reported the following CTA meeting sites for Masonic year 2001/2002: September: Hamilton Commandery #41 SK Williams, DDC, critiqued the Full Form Opening with input from members present. He emphasized that each participant should be having fun, practice to do better, learn, talk with those who know how it is to be done, and travel to see others do the work. SK Holcombe then encouraged all to read the tactics, especially pages 5-12 and 98-108. SK Rogers then thanked EC Langford and Miami Commandery for the use of their asylum for tonights meeting. Prayer then closed the meeting. A special thanks to SK Lynn Alexander who took the minutes for me...I couldnt get of my driveway.....Wheelersburg had 6 inches of snow!!!! Thanks- REMINDER!
