There are so many opportunites to give of yourself - or let me re-phrase that - Share Yourself with others less fortunate.  Freemasonry teaches us that from the beginning, as you obligated ourselfe in each degree.  It also offers you many opportunites to put those words into action.

Sometimes, for all the hub-bub in our lives - so busy - there's always so much that needs to be done - we somehow still don't feel quite complete.  What is it that is missing?  More often then not, it's that sharing.  Giving of yourself without any hope of reward or compensation . . .

Well - not quite.  How do you put a value on a smile of gratitude from a stranger?  A sincere thank-you from a tear-filled eye?  Feeling good when you go to sleep and better in the morning?  That is a the kind of satisfaction that isn't obtained from being busy - but by caring - and doing something about it.
