Hello everyone!!

RECENT EVENTS. . . .

On Sunday evening, the Bethel performed the Majority Ceremony for Mom Wendy and Mom Lanham. They did a beautiful job - and it was greatly appreciated by both of the recipients. Danielle also successfully passed the Proficiency Test! She did a wonderful job.

The Bethel held elections on Sunday night too. Those elected were:

After the meeting we had a delicious lasagna dinner - thanks to the council members who provided dinner!

ON TAP FOR THIS WEEK . . .

Relax and enjoy - there is nothing on the calendar for this week! If you haven't taken your SOL tests yet - - STUDY!!!!!!!!! And if you have, STUDY!!!!!! You have finals soon . . .

COMING SOON . . . .

June 1 - Installation

Rehearsal is at 10:30 a.m. in the North Room of the GWMNM
Installation is at 5 p.m. - arrive back at the GWMNM at 2:30 p.m. to help set up the reception.

After the Installation there will a reception until 7 p.m. A dance will follow until 11 p.m. The installation and reception are semi-formal and the dance is casual. Make sure all clothing is JOBIE APPROPRIATE!!!

SUNSHINE . . . .

Mom Williams, a former Bethel Guardian of 22, has injured her shoulder. Keep her in your thoughts and prayers while she goes through the healing process.

Danielle's first Bethel birthday is June 3, 2002.

CONGRATULATIONS . . . . . .

For the second term in a row, the Bethel has earned the Supreme Spirit Award. Way to go ladies!!!

SESSION INFORMATION . . . .

It's official - - I have the medical forms of all those who wish to attend Grand Session this year! Look for an email from me telling you how much you owe for Grand Session (keep in mind that the tree sales and the car washes will offset the cost of Session. The cost of transportation has not been determined yet.) Your chaperones for Session are Mom Mona and Mom Wendy! (Thanks guys for volunteering!!!) Tentatively, we will be sharing a bus with Bethel 52 again this year.

No information has been received yet about Badge, Banner, Dress A-like, or any other competition to be held at Session. We are going to forge ahead with our plans anyway! Come to the Installation rehearsal knowing your schedule for the rest of June so that we can QUICKLY plan and get ready for Session. Please also come with your ideas too!
