RECENT EVENTS......
This past Saturday, the Bethel took a tour of the GW Memorial and had a
picnic. The tour was excellent - - and Dad James got some really good
pictures with his digital camera. Look for them soon on the website. [Editor's Note: they are already up.]
UPDATE......
I just wanted to let everyone know that we do not have session information
yet. I will let everyone know about all the session activities when the
packet arrives.
ON TAP FOR THIS WEEK........

This Wednesday night is the Council/Line Officers Meeting at Mom Groner's
house. The meeting will begin at 7:30 p.m. The Line Officers will be
presenting their term projects to the council that evening. All council
members and line officers should plan to attend.

On Saturday, March 16 there will be GV rehearsal at the Arlington Masonic
Temple, beginning promptly at 10 a.m. The Bethel will be doing the opening
- - so HAVE YOUR PARTS MEMORIZED!!!!!!!! The rehearsal should be over at
noon. The following people are to bring the following refreshments to the
GV REHEARSAL.....

- Margaret - - Cookies
- Brittany - - Trail Mix
- Kailyn - - Trail Mix
The Bethel has been told to bring these items, so no changes may be made to
the refreshment list.

On March 16 the Northern Neck DeMolay will be having their installation at 5
p.m. in King George, VA. The dance is over at 11 p.m. and the Bethel will be
returning at that time. No one has offered to chaperone as of yet. If no
one offers to chaperone by 8 p.m. on Thursday, the Bethel will not attend.
If any adults went to the Installation last time, please email me and let me
know how long it took for you to get to King George, Va. The dress for this
occasion is Semi-formal. This means you must be wearing a semi-formal
skirt/dress and you must be wearing the appropriate shoes.

The GV will take place at the Arlington Masonic Temple on Sunday, March 17.
There will be a lunch honoring Grand Officers at noon. If you choose to not
take part in the FREE lunch, then you MUST arrive at the Arlington Temple NO
LATER THAN 12:30 p.m. Bring with you your robes - - which should be washed
and ironed. For those of you that were absent at the last Bethel meeting, I
have your robes. Every member should wear a Jobie appropriate outfit - -
this means a skirt no shorter than finger-tip length, an appropriate shirt
and appropriate shoes (no flip flops.)
UPCOMING EVENTS.......
- March 27 - - Hero's Dinner at Collingwood 6:30 p.m. We need 3 people
(including one adult) to serve this dinner. I realize this is during Spring
Break, however - the members have always been generous and we have always
served this dinner. You should be done by 8:30 p.m. Please email me
immediately if you can participate.

March 25-29 - - Spring Break. There will be no calling or Bethel Guardian's
Corner during that week due to the holiday. I will be in Michigan and will
be out of reach.
