Brethren:
The month of May is upon us already, and with it 100 years of Freemasonry
at Stettler.
As Masons we do not seek out any public recognition for our charitable work
in our community. So, let us reward ourselves for our service and enjoy our
Anniversary celebrations to the fullest. Lets show our visitors that Masonry
is alive and well in Stettler.
Fraternally yours
W.M. Hal Neis
“ We judge ourselves by what we feel capable of doing, while others
judge us by what we have already done.”
H. W. Longfellow (1807 – 82)

Point Of Interest: Last year W. Bro. James Savage delivered an excellent paper on the Masonic Apron. Arising from the discussions was a question about the "snake clasp" and its origins. This website has an explanation with some photos. lhttp://freemasonry.bcy.ca/symbolism/apron_hooks/index.html
