Barry Tallman Parker
 (1932- 

Bro. Barry Parker was born in Mount Holly, New Jersey on December 12, 1932. He earned his A.B. at Bucknell University in 1954, and was admitted to the bar in 1960 after achieving his LL.B. at Rutgers University. He practices Governmental and Administrative Law with emphasis on health care and insurance. He is also involved in Personal Injury Litigation and Workers' Compensation, as well as Private, Municipal and Governmental Law, including Public Finance Law, and Bond Counsel for both private and governmental issues. Mr. Parker was a member of the N.J. General Assembly (1966-1971), during which time he was Assistant Majority Leader (1970), and Speaker and Acting Governor (1971). He was also a member of the N.J. State Senate (1972-1981), where he was Minority Leader (1980-1981). 


Mr. Parker also sits on the Board of Directors of the Mount Holly Water Company and the Elizabethtown Water Company. He is also a member of the Compensation Association of the State of New Jersey, the Self-Insured Association, and the Workers' Compensation Commission on Judicial Performance. He is a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation and a member of the Burlington County, State and American Bar Associations.
