Openwysiwy ist jetzt zu einem voll-tauglichen Online Editor gewachsen, wenn er auch noch einige Bugs besitzt. Bild Management ist möglich wie auch die Erstellung von Tabellen. Schriften können eingefärbt und einen farbigen Hintergrund erhalten. Auch bleibt er jetzt funktionstüchtig, wenn CMSimple in einem Unterordner installiert worden ist oder in einer mehrsprachigen Version verwendet wird.
Zur Installation:
Die ZIP Datei enthält zwei Unterordner: "cmsimple" und "openwysiwyg". Der "cmsimple" Ordner enthält die openwysiwyg.php Datei, die in den "cmsimple" Ordner des CMS der Website kopiert werden muss. Der "openwysiwy" Ordner wird - so wie er ist - in das Wurzelverzeichnis des CMS kopiert, dorthin wo auch die index.php Datei ruht.
Der Editor wird aufgerufen, indem unter "Einstellungen -> Editieren Konfiguration -> editor_external:" der Begriff "openwysiwyg" eingegeben und gespeichert wird.
Der Editor ist so eingestellt, dass er in der Breite 100% der ihm angebotenen Fläche ausfüllt. Er benötigt allerdings zumindest eine Breite von ca. 450px. Sollte das immer noch zu breit sein, müssen weniger wichtige Knöpfe entfernt werden. Dazu geht man folgendermaßen vor:
Man öffnet die Datei "openwysiwyg/scripts/wysiwyg.js" und kommentiert die entsprechenden Knöpfe per Doppel-Slash aus. Die Knopf-Definitionen befinden sich zwischen den Zeilen 110 und 160. Als Beispiele sind die Knöpef "Preview" und "Return" auskommentiert.

Openwysiwyg is now a fully functional editor, eventhough there are still some bugs left. Image management is possible as well as table insertion. Letters can have different colours and differently coloured backgrounds. Also, the editor remains functionable, if CMSimple is installed in subfolders. It can also be used in a multilingual CMSimple installation.
Installation:
The ZIP file contains two directories: cmsimple and openwysiwyg. The cmsimple folder contains the openwysiwyg.php file which goes straight into the cmsimple folder of your website. The openwysiwyg folder goes - as it is - into the root of your cmsimple installation, where the index.php file is.
You call the editor by filling in "openwysiwyg" in the CMSimple configuration of the "external editor".
The width of the editor adjusts itself automatically to 100% of the width which is offered. However, it needs at least a width of around 450px. If this is still too much, not so important buttons have to be removed. This is done as described:
Open the file "openwysiwyg/scripts/wysiwyg.js" and out-comment the button(s) with double slashes. The definitions of the buttons are placed between the lines 110 and 160. The already out-commented buttons "preview" and "return" serve as an examples.
