Web Space Application Form:

Use the form below to apply for your free space and FrontPage access. All fields must be filled out correctly and completely or you may encounter a delay in your application being processed. By submitting this form, you affirm that your space will be utilized within 30 days of issuance and that your site will not contain material which is in conflict with the principles of Freemasonry. Sites that are not used for Masonic purposes will be deleted.

Additionally, site owners are required to abstain from publishing copyrighted material unless the copyright holder agrees to have their work republished, or you provide credit to the source or author. Each site owner is required to maintain a valid email contact address on their site in the event a copyright issue or some other dispute should arise.

Things you should know before you begin:

Due to an increasing number of applications being submitted by non-Masons, we attempt to verify each application to insure that all Mastermason.com sites are owned by Masons. Special care must be given in providing the name, number and location of your lodge. Inconsistencies in your application or inaccurate information will result in your application being delayed or rejected.

It is imperative that you take care in providing a correct email address. You will be notified via email when your application has been processed. If you enter an incorrect email address, your site will be deleted and you will need to reapply. As a user or resident of Mastermason Com, you will also be added to our Electronic Newsletter which we periodically use to communicate important information about our server. We ask that you keep your contact information current in the event that you should change email addresses. Sites which have not been moved into after 30 days after issuance will be deleted.

In choosing a Site Name, the name you choose will become a part of your URL or Web Address with Mastermason.com. Blank spaces are NOT allowed in Site Names.  Names can consist of up to 26 characters. Multiple words in Site Names can be separated by the use of a hyphen (-) or underscore ( _ ), or can be strung together into one word. The use of blank spaces or characters other than hyphens or underscores will result in your application being rejected. The use of blank spaces is also not allowed for Usernames & Passwords. Please pay close attention when filling out your application.

In addition to Blank Spaces not being allowed, this is a list of special characters which if used for your Site name, will also result in your application being rejected: ( . , ; : " ~ ! #  & $ ^ % * @ + = | } ? [  )

Once your site has been published and is ready to be viewed by the public, we can prepare a banner for your site which will be linked to from our Residents section. This can help in giving your site more exposure to potential visitors.
To have a banner placed in our Residents section, send an email to Brother Ray Dotson who will prepare your banner. Please include your Site Name and a brief description of your site. Our banners are categorized by whether your site is a Lodge or District site, Grand Lodge, Masonic organization, etc.
