• 1. All submissions must be a Fact.

• 2. All facts must be backed up with a supporting Document.

• 3. Documents can be scanned as graphics. All Windows compatible graphics are acceptable, tiff format is the preference for future compatibility.

• 4. The location of the original document should be noted in case of future need.

• 5. Describe your submission.  Don't make me guess what it is. Tell me about it. The better the description the less time it will take to get it online.

• 6. Submissions can be emailed as attachments or mailed.
