George Reckentine reported on what he has done concerning the website. Grand Lodge says we must vote to make it official. There was a motion by Paul Spohn, second by Joe Woolsey to make this the "official website of the Lodge". Motion carried.
Widow's baskets will be put together on Sunday, December 9, after Paul's Breakfast is finished.

the BBQ pit that is being constructed. Motion carried.
Todd spoke on what it will take to refit Larry Hitt's house to
accommodate Jason Hitt's wheelchair.
A fried chicken fund-raiser is scheduled for 4/21 from 11:00AM till
3:00PM.

A fried chicken fund-raiser is scheduled for 4/21 from 11:00AM till

Al Carpenter reported that the cooler and BBQ pit are in progress. The
cooler was donated by John Washington. There was a motion by Paul Spohn, second
by Richard Lepard, to send a letter of appreciation to the people who are laying
the blocks free of charge. Motion carried.

for the Good of the Order:
There was a motion by Roland Cliffe, second by Joe Woolsey, that we give
Emeritus Membership to Lee Inman Thompson, since he has met the qualifications.
Motion carried.
There was a motion by Roland Cliffe, second by Al Carpenter, that we
remit the dues for George Thomas Barnes for the year 2001. Motion carried.
There was a motion by Roland Cliffe, second by Joe Woolsey, that we give
up to $100.00 to the Rainbow Girls for their trip to Grand Assembly. Further
investigation will determine exactly how much is needed. Motion carried.

Richard Poole gave a nice talk on Memorial Day and Father's Day. David
Wilkinson gave a Masonic Program on why you cannot pass between the Holy Altar
and the East. Both talks were well received.
