From the West... |
Mt. Zion Lodge had another great year in 2002. Once again, we grew our membership, helped our community, and many of us improved our personal skills through Freemasonry. We are carrying this momentum forward into 2003. We all have different skills and backgrounds, and there are many opportunities for each of us to apply these skills for the benefit of the Craft ... and we should do so. I would encourage each of us to seek out these opportunities. Additionally, I would also encourage each of us to try something new, to stretch our talents, and to get outside of our comfort zone. It is by accepting challenging assignments that we improve ourselves. As Mario Andretti said: "If everything's under control, you're going too slow."
