EDICT 2009-2
WHEREAS, the Masonic Code of the Most Worshipful Grand Lodge of Georgia, F. & A.M., contains the procedures to proceed with charges against a brother Master Mason, and
WHEREAS, the Masonic Code of the Most Worshipful Grand Lodge of Georgia. F. & A.M., contains the procedures to proceed with charges against the sitting Master of a Lodge chartered under its Constitution, and
WHEREAS, the Masonic Code of the Most Worshipful Grand Lodge of Georgia. F. & A.M., denotes breaches of conduct of which Masons may be charged with un-Masonic conduct or gross un-Masonic, and
WHEREAS, in the history of the Most Worshipful Grand Lodge of Georgia, F. & A.M., there has not been intervention from any Civil Court pertaining to Masonic matters contained in the Masonic Code of the Most Worshipful Grand Lodge of Georgia, F. & A.M.,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
That it shall be deemed un-Masonic conduct and a Masonic offense subjecting the offender to Masonic discipline for any Lodge chartered under the Constitution of the Grand Lodge of Georgia, F. & A.M., or any member thereof to seek Civil action in a profance civil court of law, against the Grand Lodge of Georgia, the Grand Master, its officers or any employee of the Grand Lodge, or any subordinate Lodge of the Grand Lodge, in accordance with the Masonic Code, and exhausting any and all internal, administrative, substantive, and procedural remedies provided under the Masonic Code.
