convenient place. On December 18, 1897, after a general discussion
of the assured failure of the lodge, a motion carried to appoint
T. L. Ashby, J. B. Ferguson and L. A. Pritchett to a committee to sell
all salable property and apply proceeds to a note due L. A. Pritchett.
It was decided to notify all members to be present at the regular meeting
of December 27 to pay dues and get demits before discontinuing the Lodge.
Lodge was disbanded as planned on December 27, 1897.
