TERMS & CONDITIONS
ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS:
Orders must be notified in writing at the address below or by e-mail. Orders must provide the name and
address of the customer (shipping address if necessary), the chosen design code if the
apron is chosen on the Homepage and the size. For custom made aprons or personalized
aprons not only should the dimensions be provided but a color copy of the design should be
sent by post or by e-mail. Please provide any additional information that could be suited
to improve the realization of the apron, in particular the kind (size, color) of border
and ribbon needed.
An estimate of the price and of the shipping costs will be sent back to the customers.
SPECIAL ORDERS (Custom Made Aprons and Personalized Aprons):
NO RETURNS or CREDIT will be allowed on custom or personalized aprons made to customer
specifications.
NO CANCELATIONS will be allowed on custom or personalized aprons when work has already
started.
ALL custom or personalized aprons require PAYMENT IN FULL before work can begin. Every
effort will be made to correct any defects in material or workmanship should they occur.
MERCHANDISE RETURNS:
We regret we cannot allow returns or offer refunds on custom or personalized aprons.
SHIPPING:
Shipping has to be paid extra. All orders are shipped via UPS, DHL or Federal Express at
their current rates. NO C.O.D. ORDERS.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS :
All international orders must be paid for in advance by Money Order or using Paypal (see
below).
NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED.
Money Orders must be payable in EUROS and MUST include shipping/handling charges.
All Duties, VAT, Customs, etc., are the sole responsibility of the consignee.
