CREATION OF THE SPIRITUAL MAN
Genesis 1:2 and the earth were without form and
void and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the spirit of God moved
upon the face of the waters.
When man does not have God in his life, his
spiritual world is in a state of darkness. His eyes are closed to the evilness
of the world to which he is living in, he do not see that upon the surface that
evil is beautiful and pleasant to the eyes. Man only see the material things in
his world, such as good jobs, big houses cars, clothes, and money, ah yes money.
(1 Tim 6:10) For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while for some
coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through
with many sorrows. Paul in his letter to Timothy is clearly stating that the
church should not use religion as a means of getting money, or as they may
express it of gain. Paul points out in the sense religion is a gain namely that
it produces resignation and contentment of the mind and soul, which prevent the disquieting
effects of covetousness, where as the desire of gain in the sense of money
getting leads to every kind of evil doings. For money, a woman will not only
sell her soul, but her body as well. Yes money, man just refuses to see that
evil seed for the greed and love of, the course it make man take to have riches
that blindly lead them on is a shameful path in the eyes of God. The most
shameful of all is a man of God that uses the word of God for his own self-glory
and to gain riches, not for God, but for himself. Without the word of God in
man’s life, man will keep dropping deeper in a void of darkness until man look
to the heavens and say Lord let your glories and divine light shine down on my
dark soul and let there be a glorious light upon my spiritual soul. And then and
only then will God send down the Holy Spirit to separate the darkness that is in
man’s spirit, and bring his soul and mind to the goodness of the glories
divine light of the will of God. (Gen 2:9) And God said, let the water under the
heaven be gathered together unto one place, and let the dry land appear and it
was so. (Gen 2:10) And God called the dry land earth: and the gathering of the
waters called ye seas: and God saw that it was good.
When man receive and live the word of God,
out of the deepness of the dark seas of his soul, God will bring man to the dry
land of his will, and it is here where on this dry land that God call earth that
man will see that all thins can be gain without losing his soul. It is here upon
these dry lands that man old evil spirit is made new in the divine will of God.
Because, it is upon this dry land that man must
see that as King David wrote in (Psalms 23) The Lord is my Sheppard (God is the
Sheppard of the soul of man, man is just the sheep to follow the will of the
Sheppard .) And I shall not want (the vital and immortal principle within me is
my initiator and is all sufficient to lead me to God.) He maketh me lie down (in
self-discipline and humiliation) in “green pastures” (of meditation and
mental sustenance) He leadeth beside “still waters” (of contemplation as
distinct from the rough sea of passion of my natural self. He restoreth my soul
(reintegrating it out of chaos and disorder). Even when I come to the shadow of
death ( in my own interior veils of darkness) I will fear no evil; for God is
with me (as a guiding star) God’s directions and discipline will safeguard me.
God provides me with means of overcoming my inner
enemies and weakness, he anoints my intelligence with oil of wisdom; the cup in
my mind runneth over with new light and consciousness, that divine love and
truth, which I shall find face to face at the center, will be a conscious
presence to me all the days of my temporal life and there I shall dwell on the
house of the Lord (a glorified spiritual body) for ever.
