The HIKE Fund Inc. is a non-profit charity incorporated under the laws of the state of Nebraska and registered with the Internal Revenue Service as a tax exempt charity. It was founded and is supported by the International Order of Job's Daughters. All donations are tax deductible.
The purpose of the HIKE Fund, Inc. is to provide hearing aids and other devices to children from newborn to age 20 with hearing impairments, whose parents are financially unable to meet these special needs.
It is administered by a Board of Directors composed of individuals in the fields of audiology, business, education, labor, law and medicine.
Children are eligible to receive a grant, providing their need is verified by a prescription from an audiologist or physician.

In 1995 Job's Daughters internationally collected over $120,000.00 and were able to provide 95 children with various hearing devices. Indiana Job's Daughters collected over $18,400.00 in 1998.
On August 21st, 1996 Bethel #107 was proud to be the presenter of a check for $1,350.00 to Jeffery Griffin. Jeffery is 6 years old and loves to give out hugs. He used the money to purchase new hearing aids for both ears.
