RWB Richard R. Rodeheaver was born to Charles E. and Iva M. Rodeheaver on November 30, 1935 at Cumberland, Maryland. He worked for the Ford Motor Company for 39 ½ years, retiring in July of 1998. He and his wife, Ruth, have one daughter, Brenda (Andrew Noch) and a granddaughter, Anna Noch.

Richard was raised to the sublime degree of Master Mason on April 30, 1988 and is a Past Master and Lodge Education Officer of Black River Lodge #786; he has plural membership with Meridian Lodge #610. He is a member of Mystic Chapter #370, RAM, Lorain Council #103 R&SM, Scottish Rite Valley of Cleveland, Lorain County Scottish Rite Society, Al Koran Shrine and Day Chapter #479, OES (Worthy Patron 2001, 2003). He is also active with the Lorain County Blue Lodge Association, having served as Vice President.

His hobbies include motorcycling and golfing.
